General Policy

- All services require a consultation to determine pricing and turnaround time.
- Payment is due in full upon order placement for alterations.

- Custom garments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- Final payment is due before garment delivery or pick-up.

-  Fittings are complimentary when getting alterations done at Sewtoria.
- Additional adjustments after the first fitting may incur extra charges.
- Clients are responsible for bringing the appropriate shoes, undergarments, or accessories for fittings.

- Alterations: 5–7 business days (standard) or rush services available at an additional cost.
- Custom-made items: 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity.

- Custom garments and altered items are non-refundable as they are tailored to the individual.
- Please inspect your garments upon pick-up; adjustments must be requested within 7 days.

- Items must be collected within 30 days of notification. After 30 days, items may be subject to storage fees or donation.

- While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to garments or unclaimed items left beyond 30 days.

RUSH SERVICES – GUARANTEED OR IT’S FREE. There will be a RUSH PRIORITY given to the item and will be guaranteed within the time frame. 

1 HOUR SERVICE 

Hems, Holes, Buttons, Patches, 

$5-10+ fee

1-3 DAYS SERVICE 

Suits, formal wears, general clothing tapering/resizing, misc.

$25-50+ RUSH fee (ask associate)
