PAY PLAN | DEPOSIT | REFUND | CANCELLATION
Payment Plans:
We offer flexible payment plan options. Please contact us for more information on how to set up a plan that works best for you.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to enroll in the Alterations and Tailoring Apprentice Program. This deposit confirms both the student’s and the program’s commitment to the training. NO EXCEPTIONS. Upon receipt of the deposit, the student will receive a confirmation of their start date along with a startup kit to prepare for the program.
Refund Policy:
Withdrawal Before Completing 20 Hours of Training:
- If the student begins the program and withdraws before completing the first 20 hours of training, they will receive a refund of 30% of the full tuition.
Withdrawal After In-Person Training Begins:
- Once the student begins in-person training, which follows the completion of 20 hours of in-person training, no refund of tuition will be provided.
Refunds, if applicable, will be mailed within 30 days of the date of the cancellation notification.
Cancellation Notice:
- Student must contact Mai Lee at Sewtoria in writing if they need to cancel their participation in the program.
- Notices may be delivered in person, via mail, or by electronic mail.
- The cancellation notice must be signed and dated by the student.
- Students may be offered the opportunity to return at a later date (not guaranteed), but no refund will be provided.
